  • Biography: Luciano Schaefer Pereira has a degree in geology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1996), a master's degree in geosciences from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (1998) and a doctorate in physical geography from the University of Coimbra (2019). In addition, he has a degree in Geography from the Vale do Acaraú State University (2008). In 2010, he was appointed Professor of Geography of Basic, Technical and Technological Education, of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Paraíba (IFPB), João Pessoa Campus. He is the author of the books Geography of Brazil for PSS / PB, published in 2008, Geopolitics for ENEM, published in 2011, Regional Geography for ENEM, published in 2013 and Iconographers-Chroniclers about Parahyba (1500-1822): the Geoheritage, published 2018. Has experience in the area of Geoscience (Geology), with emphasis on the theme of 5 Gs (Geodiversity, Geopatrimony, Geotourism, Geoconservation and Geoparks), especially in the first 3.
