  • Biography: Shanta P. Subedi is a Registered Nurse at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Virginia, USA. She is a Medical Surgical certified nurse with diverse clinical experience in surgical units such as orthopedic, plastics, colorectal, hepatobiliary, trauma, general surgery, and kidney and pancreas transplants. She mentors nurses on their professional developments and provides preceptorship to novice nurses. As an American Heart Association instructor, she has been providing both in-person and virtual trainings, and volunteering to bring the CPR awareness at both national and international levels. She has published CPR related articles in both Nepali and English languages. Her primary interest is in clinical teaching and research. She is currently preparing to become an implementation science specialist through her employer.
