  • Biography: Dr. Behrooz Kalantari received his Ph.D. in Political Science with concentration in Public Administration and his Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University. In addition, he received a Bachelor of Arts from the Avilla University and a certificate of Pre-MBA program from the University of Dallas. Dr. Kalantari also received major Post-Doctoral Trainings in Conflict Resolution from the University System of Georgia, as well as International Humanitarian Law from the Red Cross Head-quarters and the University of Washington. He has also received extra training in Lean Six Sixma and other managerial trainings. Currently Dr. Kalantari holds the rank of Full-Professor and teaches in the Department of Political Science and Public Affairs at Savannah State University. He teaches courses in Human Resource Management, Administrative Law, and supervises master student’s graduation projects. He also is an expert in Middle Eastern Politics and has been very active in giving public lectures in his areas of expertise. He has worked for United Nations’ TOKTON projects and has published in many reputable and peer-reviewed journals. His present favourite topic is Management of Change.
