Biography: The first is my main research topic in which I conducted my PhD work. The second topicwas initiated in 2006 with my colleagues at the physics department - UAE University. Fortunately,at that time the university oriented its vision towards research, and a reasonable budget has beengiven for buying simple equipment to start our research in the physics research labs. In 2009, thedepartment of physics purchased hardware to start nanotechnology research. Thereafter, we formedanother group to work on the fabrication of nanoparticles for gas sensors applications
