Referee in numerous journals, organizer of symposia, reviewer for various national and international grant agencies, etc.Research interests include device physics of organic molecular devices (OLED, OFET, OPV, etc), the optical engineering on photonic structures for light manipulation in organic optoelectronic devices, and surface electronic studies of functional molecules by means of photoelectron spectroscopy and other related synchrotron radiation researches.
