Biography: Dr. Sara Salah Abdel-Hakeemholds B.Sc., M.Sc., PhDdegrees in 2007, 2012(fish biology) and 2017 (parasitology) respectively in Zoology from Faculty of Science, Assiut University, Egypt. The main biological scope of her is the medical and veterinary parasitology and the response generated by immune system of the host against them with a trend to treatment and finally their prevention and control.She has some impact publications in the field of fish biology and parasitology. Beside her book entitled "The biological effect of atrazine on the embryos of Clariasgariepinus”, was released by Lambert Academic Publishing in June, 2018 and bears ISBN 978-613-9-85396-0? Outside of the academic role, she is a member in woman social societies. She dreams to play active role in the improvement of human and animal health in her country through her future researches.Research interests;The main topic of my research interest is the study of parasites (protozoa and helminthes), their life cycle, immune-parasitology and parasite-host interaction. The main biological scope is the medical and veterinary parasitology and the response generated by immune system of the host against them with a trend to treatment and finally their prevention and control. My master thesis was entitled “The biological effect of herbicide atrazine on the early embryonic stages of African catfish, Clariasgariepinus(Burchell, 1822). And my Ph.D. Thesis entitled "Evaluation of immunoparasitological and protective effect of different types of Schistosoma antigens using bioassay and verminous immune-cytopathology in white mice"
