Biography: Dr Jain is currently a medical oncologist at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. He graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College of University of Rajasthan, India, in 1987, and after receiving his M.B., B.S. degree, pursued an MS and a PhD in Immunology at Kent State University in Ohio. He then completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Miriam Hospital of Brown University in Providence, RI, and then a fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center of Harvard Medical School in Boston. Since completion of his fellowship, Dr Jain has held several academic positions, including as Chairman of the Department of Hematology and Oncology at Tawam Hospital in the UAE, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University. After completing his fellowship, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor at Emory University School of Medicine. He served in that position from 1999-2006. He was then appointed as Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, when he joined the staff at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. He then went on to pursue a leadership position in the UAE, until 2011, following which he joined Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. He has several publications and has also made several presentations domestically, as well as internationally. His research interest is in cancer immunology
