Biography: Dr. Samrat Das is currently an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Duke University School of Medicine and a pediatric hospitalist at Duke Children’s.He has recently(2018) been appointed “Chair-Elect” for the southern section of American Federation of Medical Research(AFMR).His interests include pediatric hospital medicine, graduate and undergraduate medical education, inter professional education, child maltreatment, simulation education and observational studies to improve clinical practice in the area of inpatient pediatrics.
