Biography: Rashmi Kaul received her Ph.D. (Microbiology and Immunology) from the Delhi University, India (1989). After her postdoctoral training in Immunology at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas, she joined the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the University ofMinnesota as an Assistant Professor of Immunology and Pediatric Gastroenterology. She currently serves as Associate Professor of Immunology at the Oklahoma State University -Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Kaul’s research involves understanding the hormonal regulation of inflammation and immunity during development of infectious disease pathogenesis and how these responses are influenced by aging and menopause
