Biography:

Dr. Minor is an Immunologist with trainingin differentiation and effector responses of T cells and mucosal inflammatory responses. The long-term goal of the Minor lab is to find natural and effective solutions that promote positive immune responses and support overall health of animals and humans. The laboratory uses cell and molecular techniques coupled with in vitro and in vivo models to investigate immune regulation of animals and humans. Specifically, we are focused on how dietary supplements affect health through modulation of immunity and microbiome. The lab also actively engages in collaborative projects investigating innate immune and inflammatory responses.
