Dr.Morton A Lieberman received his PhD in social psychology from the University of Chicago in 1956, where he also began his career as a clinician and academic faculty member in the Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.He is EMERITUS Professor of Psychology, University of California, San Francisco.He joined the University of Chicago faculty in1957 and remained a faculty member there until 1983.
