Biography: In
2004 I received my Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Rochester.
Subsequently I had four years of postdoctoral training at the National Institutes
for Neurological Disorders and Stroke at the National Institutes of
Health. For the last fourteen years I
had been committed to providing quality higher education to undergraduate and
graduate students for majors and non-major students. I have taught face to face and online courses
covering ten different subject areas including Human Biology-Man and the
Environment, and Human Biology-Structure and Function for non biology majors;
as well as Biological Literature, General Physiology, Immunology, Endocrinology,
Fundamentals of Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Advanced Cell Biology, Advanced Immunology,
Advanced Neuroscience, Vertebrate Endocrinology, Pharmacology, and Genetic
Analysis and Investigation with a focus on bioinformatics and Anatomy &
Physiology I and II.
