Biography: Dr.
Mahmoud Moussa is an associate professor of computer science at the faculty of
Computer Science and Artificial Intelligent, Benha University in Egypt. He
received Ph.D. from faculty of
informatics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology-KIT, Germany in 2005. His
research spans both theoretical and applications in computer science. Much of
his work has been on improving the understanding, design, and performance of
algorithms, through the application of graph algorithms, bioinformatics.
Moussa’s work includes a prediction method for biological activity using random
forests and kernel functions in Support Vector Machine (SVM). He is the author
of over Forty papers computer science.
