Biography: Dr. Mahaboob V Shaik is currently working as Assistant Professor & Chief Scientist at Narayana Medical College Hospital, Nellore, India. Shaik earned PhD in Genetics in 2011 in stem cell molecular immunology speciality from Osmania University, India.Research interests:transcription factors of iPS cell and cancer stem cells and their regulation with miRNA molecules. In addition, Shaik as a investigator for projects in stem cell transplantation to liver, brain, spine, kidney, diabetes and other diseases.Currently research also extends to biomedical descipline like epigenetic characterization of cancer, diabetes mellitus, atheroscerosis, metobolic diseases, and kidney disorders.
