Biography: Dr.Kaiser jamil She graduated from Osmania University (Women’s College), and Masters (M.Sc) from Osmania University (Biology); and joined Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (CSIR Lab) as a research fellow (1965)- completing her PhD in 1971, and joined CCMB (1971),present she is a distinguished Scientist, having worked in renowned Institutions like IICT, CCMB (both premier Institutes of CSIR), University of Sydney (Australia) and at University of Paris (France).She is presently (from 2009- till date), Dean and Honorary Professor for the Centre of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Advanced Studies (JNIAS)Research interests:the Cytogenetics and genetic toxicology,cancer biology,biotechnology.
