Biography: Dr. Prakash Maran Jeganathan an Indian born in Sivalarkulam, Tirunelveli, South India in 1980’s is a pure veteran with acquired knowledge in Food Science and Technology. He received his Ph.D degree from Anna University, Chennai in 2015. At present he is working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Technology, Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai, Erode since July 2009. He has 1.5 years of industrial experience in FMCG sector. He is a certified lead auditor in the area of Food Safety Management System. During his career and studies, he has published 61 international paper-reviewed research articles, 4 national peer-reviewed articles and 3 popular articles in various journals published by different organization in various disciplines of Food Science and Technology. He has reviewed more than 80 technical papers, served as an editor, editorial board member and reviewer for more than 20 journals published by different professional bodies. He has served as a technical committee member for various international and national conferences, chaired around 9 national conferences and delivered key lectures in numerous national level technical seminars and symposia.
