Biography: Prof. Huchang Liao is a Research Fellow at
Business School, Sichuan University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree from
Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2015. He
has published 3 monographs, and more than 120 peer-reviewed papers, many in
high-quality international journals including European Journal of Operational
Research, Omega, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transaction on
Cybernetics, Information Sciences, Information Fusion, Knowledge-Based Systems,
Expert Systems with Applications, International Journal of Production Economics,
among others. He was ranked top 702 in the ESI top 1% of the world’s 3354 most
influential scientists in the field of Computer Science, and top 4926 in the
ESI top 1% of the world’s 8993 most influential scientists in the field of
Engineering, in March 2019.
