Biography: Prof. Dr. Esen TASGIN graduated from the Department of
chemistry, in 1995, and received the M.Sc and Ph.D degrees in chemistry
(biochemistry), in 1998 and 2004, respectively. From 1999 to 2004, 2005 to
2015, and 2015-2020, she was, respectively, an Assistant Professor, an
Associate Professor, and a Full Professor at Ataturk University. She has
been now a Full Professor at the Department
of Nutrition and Dietetic at Atatürk University, Turkey. She has the author or co-author papers published
in international journals and also publications in national and international conference
proceedings. Her research focuses on enzyme kinetics, nutritional biochemistry,
biotechnology, nanotechnology in foods.
