Dr. Chunwei Zhang, male, born in September 1977 in Heilongjiang Province, China, currently works at Qingdao University of Technology (QUT). He is the Chair Professor, PhD Supervisor, and Discipline Leader of Civil Engineering at QUT (the Civil Engineering discipline at QUT currently ranked B nationally in China). He is the Foundation Director of Structural Vibration Control group, Chair Professor of “first-class discipline: Civil Engineering” for Shandong Province. He received the PhD degree in 2005 from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), which is one of the top nine universities in China
