Biography: Dr. Chun Chow is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing at National University in San Diego, California. He received his BSN and MSN degrees from Azusa Pacific University. Dr. Chow is also a neurology nurse practitioner consultant with strong interest and passion in treating patients with neurological disorders including dementia, epilepsy, headaches, Parkinson’s disease, and other movement disorders. Prior to entering the nursing profession, Dr. Chow completed his academic training in molecular and cellular biology (BA, University of California, Berkeley) and organic chemistry (PhD, University of California, Irvine) followed by an NIH postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He is the author and coauthor of over 10 peer reviewed articles, a book chapter, and six patient applications.
