Biography:

Dr. Sia is a licentiate of both Dentistry and Medicine and is an International Board Certified Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and practice limited to it. He holds the position as Chairman of the Department of Oral &Maxillofacial Surgery at Gullas Medical Center – University of the Visayas and a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St. Luke’s Medical Center – Global City, Makati Medical Center, University of Cebu Medical Center, Chong Hua Hospital Group and Cancer Center, Craniofacial Foundation of the Philippines, and other major hospitals in Cebu and Manila. Currently, he is the Vice President of the Philippine Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and a Clinical Assistant Professor of the Department of Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine at Cebu Doctors’ University and an Honorary Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital. He was appointed as the International Relations Officer for the Philippines of the Young Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Group of Hong Kong and the Editor-in-Chief of the EMS Otolaryngology Journal and editor in various journals in Surgery, Otolrhinoaryngology, Oral Health and Dentistry, and Research.
