Biography: Ann Webster, PhD, is the program director of the Cancer and Successful Aging programs at Boston’s Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital and Harvard Medical School's Mind/Body Medical Institute. Webster is a researcher and a clinical/corporate trainer at the Mind/Body Medical Institute and an instructor in medicine, Harvard Medical School. She is also an instructor of psycho-oncology at the Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Yeshiva University and is on the board of directors for The Medical Foundation. She earned her PhD in health psychology at Albert Einstein School of Medicine/Yeshiva University. Webster has received several awards, most notably from the AIDS Action Committee and the Northern Lights Alternatives, for her work with HIV/AIDS patients. Her areas of interest are in cancer, HIV/AIDS, and healthy lifestyle issues. Webster is the director of 21st Century Medicine on Brookline Access Television.
