Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amiza Mat Amin is currently a Dean at School of Food Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu, Malaysia. She has graduated in Bachelor of Technology (Food) from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1993 and received her Ph.D degree in 1998 from Leeds University on the stability of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua) digestive proteases. She has been a university lecturer since March 1998 until present. She has published more than 60 publications in journal, chapter in book and proceedings. She is currently working on characterization of bioactive peptides from food protein.
