Research interest
My primary research interest is in Thermal and Multi-spectral imaging techniques, with an aim of visualizing and understanding phenomena of multi-phase flows, including spray atomization, combustion and fire research, biomedical applications, remote sensing and nondestructive testing and evaluation. My research has been funded by and implemented for industries in automotive, transportation, food and beverage, appliances and structural among others.
My main teaching interests are for courses in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering such as: Thermodynamics Fundamentals, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanics of Solids, Engineering Materials, Instrumentation, Measurement and Statistics, Statics, Dynamics, Systems Engineering, Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC), Industrial Systems, Automotive Production, Nondestructive Testing and Evaluation, Instrumentation, and Finite Element Methods among others.
